How it works
No installation, no integration project. If you can upload a file, you can use SINAX.
Registration is free and open to licensed veterinarians, veterinary clinics, qualified imaging technicians and students with an academic referral.
Open a new case, enter the patient and clinical detail, choose the service level, and upload your images.
Every study is read and signed by a veterinary imaging specialist working to a consistent reporting structure.
The signed report lands in your dashboard. If something needs unpacking, you can talk to the person who wrote it.
Why SINAX
Accuracy you can defend, turnaround that matches the urgency of the case, and a team that answers when you ask why.
Every interpretation is produced by a credentialled veterinary radiologist and written against current clinical standards — not generated, not outsourced to generalists.
Cloud infrastructure and a purpose-built dashboard keep our response among the fastest in the region, including for emergencies outside business days.
Patient data, images and reports are encrypted in transit and at rest. Nothing is republished or shared outside your clinic without your consent.
We do more than return reports. We help your team capture better studies, choose the right modality, and get more out of the imaging you already own.
Regional reach
SINAX is building the reference teleradiology service for the Gulf, the wider Middle East, Türkiye and Eastern Europe. Multilingual infrastructure — English, Persian, Arabic and Turkish — and international payment support are already in place.

Sign in to your dashboard, choose “New case”, then enter the patient details, clinical history and imaging type before uploading the study.
Full patient details (species, age, sex), the imaging date, the history and clinical findings, the service level you need — routine, urgent or second opinion — and diagnostic-quality images in standard views.
First check your connection and confirm the file format is JPG, DICOM or PDF. If the problem persists, reach us through the support form and we will pick it up from there.
Routine cases are targeted at a maximum of six working hours from the moment a complete study arrives. Urgent cases are targeted at one working hour. If information is missing, the clock restarts when the case is complete.
Yes — the platform runs continuously. On national holidays response times can stretch slightly, but emergency cases keep their priority.
Every report is reviewed and signed by veterinarians trained in veterinary diagnostic imaging and by imaging residents working under specialist supervision.
