For radiologists

Collaboration terms

These are the terms under which veterinary radiologists report through SINAX. They are written to be read before you commit — the fee share, the turnaround obligations and the exit conditions are all stated plainly.

01General conditions

  • Collaboration with SINAX is open only to veterinary radiology specialists holding a recognised qualification.
  • Access to the teleradiology platform depends on full acceptance of these terms and the signing of a formal contract.
  • The engagement is start-up in nature, conducted online, and semi-exclusive.

02Scope of work

  • All interpretation and reporting is carried out exclusively through the official SINAX platform.
  • Accepting cases outside the platform, or working with partner clinics without written notice to the company, is not permitted.

03Fees and payment

  • The radiologist receives 45% of the final amount received from the clinic or user for each case interpreted.
  • Payments are made monthly, by the fifth of each month, after deduction of statutory taxes.
  • Special work — second opinions, specialist consultation, interpretation of unusual studies — carries a separate rate agreed case by case.

04Turnaround obligations

  • Routine cases: a maximum of six working hours.
  • Urgent cases: a maximum of one working hour from the moment the case is assigned in the dashboard.
  • Repeated delays, or missed deadlines without prior notice, are treated as a breach.

05Radiologist obligations

  • Provide specialist, accurate, scientifically grounded and well-documented interpretation for every case.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality of patient and clinic information.
  • Refrain from disclosing data, images, reports or any information relating to the SINAX platform.
  • Follow the protocols, standard operating procedures and reporting structure approved by the platform.

06Platform obligations

  • Provide a stable, secure and professional environment for receiving and interpreting cases.
  • Provide technical and educational support to improve the quality of interpretation.
  • Pay fees regularly and transparently, in line with the agreed terms.

07Term and renewal

  • The initial engagement runs for one year from the date of signature.
  • Where both parties are satisfied and neither gives written notice of termination, the contract renews automatically.

08Termination

  • Either party may end the engagement by giving written notice at least 30 days before the termination date.
  • Final settlement of open cases takes place within 15 days of the termination date.

09Non-competition

  • For six months after the engagement ends, the radiologist agrees not to work — without written permission from SINAX — on any comparable veterinary teleradiology project, or with partner clinics of the platform.

10Dispute resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek to resolve it through direct negotiation.
  • Failing agreement, the matter is referred to a mutually acceptable arbitrator; absent an arbitrator, it is heard by the competent judicial authorities.

11Online acceptance

  • Before beginning work, the radiologist must read these terms carefully and tick “I accept the collaboration terms” in the dashboard.
  • That confirmation constitutes full acceptance of the contract and the collaboration agreement.
