01Membership and verification
- Accounts are available to licensed veterinarians, veterinary specialists, technicians and diagnostic imaging professionals.
- Users must provide accurate, current and truthful information at registration.
- Supplying false or fraudulent information will result in the account being deactivated without prior notice.
- Contact details — mobile number and email — must remain reachable and current.
02Submitting a case
- Each case must be submitted with complete clinical information, diagnostic-quality images and an accurate history.
- Responsibility for the accuracy of submitted information, for matching images to the correct patient, and for the options selected rests with the submitting veterinarian.
- Where images or information are incomplete, interpretation may be delayed or may not be possible.
03Response times
- Routine cases: reports are issued within a maximum of six working hours of receiving the complete study and information.
- Urgent cases: reports are prepared and issued within a maximum of one working hour.
- These targets apply only where the submitted information is complete. Otherwise the clock restarts from the moment the case is completed.
04Privacy and confidentiality
- All information relating to animals, owners, case files and images is treated as confidential and held securely.
- Users may use reports only within their own treatment context and their own centre.
- Republishing, editing or publicly distributing reports without written permission is prohibited.
05Intellectual property
- All site content — reports, educational material, design and software — is protected by intellectual property rights belonging to the platform.
- Commercial use, copying or reproduction without formal permission is prohibited.
- Issued reports are valid only for the referring veterinarian and may not be edited by the user.
06Pricing and payment
- Service fees are published transparently and must be settled before review begins.
- Work on a case starts only once payment has been confirmed.
- Credit accounts, where active, are governed by a separate agreement.
07Cancellation and refunds
- Once a case has been submitted and the fee paid, cancellation and refund are not available.
- Where a user withdraws a request for a report, the amount paid is not returned, because time, capacity and specialist resource have already been reserved.
- In the rare cases where a report cannot be produced for technical or internal reasons, the support team is the deciding authority.
- Exception: if a technical failure on the platform prevents delivery, or a report is not delivered within the committed window, the user may request a review.
08Limits of the service
- This platform does not replace clinical examination; it is a tool for specialist interpretation of diagnostic images.
- Reports are advisory in nature and the final treatment decision rests with the attending veterinarian.
- The platform accepts no responsibility for treatment outcomes arising from clinical decisions based on its reports.
09User responsibilities
- The accuracy of information, the quality of images and their correspondence to the relevant case are entirely the responsibility of the submitting user.
- Any misuse, distortion of report content or unauthorised redistribution is a breach and will result in the account being blocked.
- The platform reserves the right to suspend or withdraw services in the event of a breach, without prior notice.
10Changes to these terms
- The platform may amend, update or extend these terms at any time.
- Users are responsible for keeping up with the current version of the terms.
11Acceptance
By registering, signing in or submitting any case through the website, the user confirms that:
- They have read and accept all provisions of these terms.
- They understand and agree to the payment terms, response times and cancellation policy.
- Ticking “I accept the terms and conditions” at registration or on case submission constitutes an electronic signature.
