- A recognised veterinary qualification or an imaging specialisation
- Commitment to scientific rigour, professional ethics and patient confidentiality
- Able to work online, consistently, within agreed turnaround windows
- Comfortable working in a team and engaging responsibly with colleagues
- A stable internet connection and basic communication tools

Reporting radiologists receive 45% of the final fee for every case they interpret, paid monthly. The full commercial and professional terms — turnaround obligations, confidentiality, contract length and termination — are set out separately.
